Chance Description

CHANCE is a free, open-source and Matlab-based application designed to analyze ChIP-seq experiments and assess their quality. Additionally, CHANCE aims to optimize the ChIP and library generation protocols by providing feedback. CHANCE is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
