vEmotion, an IM add-on, with which one can set background music for an IM call and simultaneously send voice emotions/sound effects to partners. Supported IMs include Skype, Msn, Gtalk, QQ, AIM and Yahoo Messenger. You need to have single installation to support all those IMs. And the usage is deadly simple.
