EditBy PhoneWatch is a program which monitors how much time you have spent on the internet, and the cost of your phone bill. It supports multiple accounts, so if you have seperate connections, each with different call charge rates and discounts, you can set each one up seperately. It keeps track of payments, so you know how much you've spent all together, as well as how much you actually owe exactly, and even tells you your online IP address as an added extra!
