Mail Commander Pro can be used, for example, as a customer relations tool, thanks to the easily manageable mailing databases. This means that you no longer have to rely on ‘copy’ and ‘paste’, in order to send messages to a huge number of clients. Furthermore, this application enables you to address everyone using their full name, if that information is available. The program enables you to collect a large amount of information about customers, as you have over 60 fields to store it in. This also makes it easier to send ‘happy birthday’ messages to all the people subscribed to your newsletter (which can actually be done automatically). In order to enhance usability, this application integrates a search function, which permits you to find a certain piece of text in the nested folders or in all of them. Moreover, you can activate the case sensitive option, so that your search results are more relevant.
