Inquiry Bar Description
Inquiry Bar is a Firefox add-on designed to offer you instant access to your frequent searches. It also allows you to customize the search labels and URLs. Inquiry Bar was created to allow fast access to frequent queries in websites and applications. An example is a corporate web-based phone directory. Rather than using a bookmark to go to the phone directory page and then enter your search - with Inquiry Bar you can search directly from a toolbar in FireFox. You can add up to four different sites to query, each with a unique label and icon. You can provide a URL to place before the search terms and a set of arguments to be used after the search terms for added flexibility. A set of sample searches are built-in and provide example URLs.
