FotoDVD Description

FotoDVD is an application which allows you to create video slideshows from pictures of different formats, including JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF and TIFF. It can be easily used by all individuals, regardless of their experience level. The interface of the program is clean and intuitive. Pictures can be imported into the list by using the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. So, you can add transition effects (e.g. bar in, blind, crisscross reveal), add a soundtrack, set the transition time and interval, enable FotoDVD to synchronize all slides, remove an item from the list or clear the entire queue, preview results, and more. The simple-to-use program requires a moderate amount of system resources, quickly finishes a task and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. Everything ran smoothly. On the other hand, we weren't able to access the help file (clicking the option didn't do anything). In addition, FotoDVD doesn't allow you to configure any kind of program settings (e.g. enable the tool to automatically run at system startup and to minimize to the system tray).
