ValFold PKG Description

ValFold PKG is an easy to use, handy tool for using the ValFold application with CastOff for the minimizing the sequence of DNA or RNA aptamers. It allows you to use the data stored in text files in order to analyze the sequences. ValFold PKG is based on a complex algorithm that applies the optimization concept for all of the stem candidate combinations. It is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
