SPARK-PL Description

SPARK (Simple Platform for Agent-based Representation of Knowledge) is a cross-platform, free software for multi-scale agent-based modeling (ABM).To be more exact, the SPARK-PL program provides some unique features for biomedical model development at the systems level.SPARK-PL's goal is to provide a lightweight, convenient, extensible and computationally efficient platform for ABM modelers. SPARK is under continuous development by the team at CIRM at the University of Pittsburgh. Detailed instructions on how to install and use the SPARK-PL utility on your Mac are available HERE.SPARK-PL is a cross-platform utility capable of running on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
