RAM storage cell Description

RAM storage cell is a simulation that displays the behavior of a 1-bit storage cell inside a typical random access memory. The storage element included in the simulation is a standard D-type latch. The data input to the latch is connected to both the bit-line input and the weak feedback buffer. RAM storage cell is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
