Intrinsic Noise Analyzer Description

Intrinsic Noise Analyzer is a free, open-source and cross-platform scientific tool for analyzing intrinsic noise in biochemical reaction networks. In order to analyze the Chemical Master Equation, Intrinsic Noise Analyzer uses two approaches: the System Size Expansion (systematic analytical approximation method) and the Stochastic Simulation Algorithm (popular Monte Carlo method) Intrinsic Noise Analyzer is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. Binaries for the Windows and Linux platforms are available on the project's homepage. Detailed instructions on how to install and use the Intrinsic Noise Analyzer utility on your Mac are available HERE.
