key2click Description

key2click maps key down/up strokes to mouse down/up clicks exactly. This enables all mouse control using two keys and the trackpad without clicking. Conventional 'mouse keys' utiltiies don't offer direct replacement of all functions. Mouse clicking has been proven to be a major cause of the debilitating condition Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) Using keys instead can greatly reduce the strain. The Mac OS X version is using the F1 and F2 keys.
