jTraML Description

jTraML is a free and open-source library that offers a Java API for the Proteomics Standards Initiative TraML data standard. jTraML includes classes for all elements specified in the TraML XSD document. In addition, jTraML provides sevearal methods to build controlled vocabulary based instances that are needed to define SRM transitions. Detailed instructions on how to install and use the jTraML utility on your Mac are available HERE. Being developed using Java, jTraML is a cross-platform library that can be used on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
