SimTree Description

SimTree is an application that enables its users to compute the similarity between two distinct RNA secondary structures. SimTree requires two RNA secondary structures and returns a similarity score as well as a mapping between the similar areas found in the two structures. Being developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
