Working with PoolMonitor is extremely straightforward: to get started, login to your bitcoin.cz account via a web browser and navigate to your API tokens manager. Note that you must input your current API token in the PoolMonitor Preferences window. The application will automatically check the information you provided and, if it is correct, it will display a list of your current workers in the PoolMonitor status bar menu. The same area also displays your total hashrate, the confirmed or unconfirmed rewards and the last update time. PoolMonitor can also be used to view the MtGox exchange rate for various currencies, such as USD, JPY, EUR, CNY, HKD, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, DKK, GBP, NZD, PLN, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB, NOK and CZK. The app’s behavior can be easily adjusted via the Preferences window. Here you can adjust the status refresh rate (once every 1 / 5/ 10 / 30 minutes or once every hour), the menu icon style (status light, exchange rate, total hashrate, status light + exchange rate or status light + total hashrate). In addition, you can choose to see the value only for the confirmed rewards or decide to include the unconfirmed ones. To conclude, PoolMonitor delivers a simple solution for easily keeping track of the activity off all the “workers” associated to your bitcoin.cz account.
