PSOM Description

PSOM (pipeline system for Octave and Matlab is a free and open-source library for managing complex and multi-stage data processing. Pipelines are collections of Matlab or Octave codes (jobs) featuring a options which use files for outputs and inputs. Thus, PSOM requires descriptions of pipelines in the form of a simple Matlab or Octave structure. PSOM is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
