Loadable Counter (4 bit) Description
Loadable Counter (4 bit) is an application that simulates a 4-bit loadable synchronous counter used for the output registers (in front of the displays) of the DCF-77 clock. The displayed circuit is a conglomerate of four 1-bit counters, which are connected via their carry-outputs and the count-enable inputs. Loadable Counter (4 bit) is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
