Greenwich is an open source Cocoa framework for easily allowing users to quickly and conveniently translate applications.Greenwich has been built for both developers and translators. As a developer, you will no longer have to think about localization again. Greenwich comes with built-in scripts that integrate directly into the build process — strings will be extracted from both xib files and source code as you go.
