Gas Man Description

Gas Man is a cross-platform software application that enables medical students and doctors to simulate, experiment and learn / teach anesthesia uptake and distribution. Gas Man basically simulates the pharmacokinetics of anesthesia administration through a graphical model. You will be able to view the time course of anesthesia uptake in each compartment of the body (brain, lungs, heart) and the breathing vaporizer and circuit. Gas Man is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X and Windows. Binaries for the Windows platform are available on the project's homepage.
