Foglyn Description

Integrate FogBugz into Eclipse Foglyn is an Eclipse plugin which allows you to create, view, edit, assign, resolve or close your FogBugz cases directly from your favorite IDE.Foglyn works with Mylyn, task-focused interface for Eclipse. Mylyn helps you to focus on one task while hiding everything else what is not relevant to this task. Foglyn integrates FogBugz cases into Mylyn and enables it to track context (i.e. files) related to your assigned tasks.Foglyn should run on all platforms supported by Eclipse, but it was tested mostly on Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista, and Linux systems. Here are some key features of "Foglyn": · Foglyn allows you to see all your cases from FogBugz in Eclipse Task List. · You can view and edit your case, attach new files or screenshots to it, resolve it or reassign to somebody else. · Foglyn supports editing cases in offline mode — your edits can be submitted later, when you are online! · Foglyn works with any FogBugz 6 installation, including FogBugz on Demand · Foglyn works with Eclipse 3.3 (Europa), Eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede), and latest milestone of Eclipse 3.5. Requirements: · Java 1.5 or higher · Eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede), Eclipse 3.3 (Europa) or latest milestone of Eclipse 3.5 · Mylyn 3.0 or 3.1 (Correct version of Mylyn is already included in Ganymede release, but you will need to install it manually in Eclipse 3.3) · FogBugz 6.0 Limitations: · 45 days trial What's New in This Release: · Support for subcases: See your subcases in task list and change Parent Case in editor. (FogBugz 7 only) · Tags can also be edited and searched now. (Works with FogBugz 7 only) · It is now possible to specify which cases should be treated as complete. Three modes include "closed cases" (default), "closed or resolved cases" and "closed if mine, closed or resolved otherwise". Complete cases contribute to "tasks progress" and can be optionally hidden from Task List. Configuration is available in Repository Settings > Additional Settings. · "Working On" synchronization option has been moved from preferences page to repository settings. This option can now be configured separately for each repository. · Bugfixes in search dialog, attachment upload, and more.
