Autocommit is essentially trying to cache the entire resultset, which doesn't work when working with large datasets · fix SyncXMLCreator.java - remove one rs.close(), resultset closing too early · update many of the javdoc comments and add javadoc build routines. many more of the javadoc comments still need fixing/enhancing/fleshing out. · fix mysql create publication bug - removed toUpper() in return from DatabaseMetaData.java getTableName() · fix so it works with postgres 8.3 - remove the toString() calls on various id values. They were there to try taking advantage of postgres 7.3 indexing wierdnesses, but break everything.
