Fckup! Description
Fckup! short for F(ile) or F(older) (ba)ckup!, is an unobtrusive OS X utility application designed to make scheduled backups of various files or folders. From Fckup!'s status bar menu you can also perform unscheduled backups of your folders. From Fckup!'s Preferences window you will be able to select the file or folder you need to backup along with the backup location.
