ChemDB Description

ChemDB is a Java-based framework that aims to help developers to implement basic functionality for managing, storing and searching for chemical structures. ChemDB supports MySQL, PostgreSQL, HSQLDB or SQL Server Express. Detailed instructions on how to install and use the ChemDB utility on your Mac are available HERE. ChemDB is a cross-platform utility capable of running on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux). Note: the interfaces are not stable, so use them at your own risk.
