Toolbar and Add-on Bar buttons to launch the Add-ons Manager (Firefox 4.0b8 and up) Developer commentsIf you're lazy like I am, then you prefer clicking over typing. about:addons Launcher is a Firefox extension that provides one click access to the Add-ons Manger, a.k.a. the (new) about:addons page, tab, protocol URL (feel free to pick one that you like) via an Add-on Bar or (optional) toolbar button.Middle click on the button to open the Add-ons Manager in a new tab (opening in a new tab by default will be added soon).If you're not like me (then you're on less psych meds) and don't mind the extra 2 seconds that it takes to hit a few keys, and you don't want another button or add-on, then just hit Ctrl+Shift+a (or Cmd).about:addons Launcher is based on the coding provided by Michael Buckley'sCustom Link Toolbar Buttons maker.Michael is the developer/toolbar button king behind the popular Toolbar Buttons add-on, as well as the Xrl.In Tiny Links ("Creates very tiny links using Xrl.In") extension, plus a few of my websites.Special thanks to him for allowing me to use his code.
