VanDyke ClientPack Description

VanDyke ClientPack is a commercial suite of command-line applications and APIs that help developers and system administrators to automate file transfers, shells, as well as for public-key administration tasks, saving their time on configuration tasks and routine administration. The main component of VanDyke ClientPack is VRALib, a .NET and COM API that helps you to script SSH2 connections in Windows operating systems. Most of the tools also work on Linux/UNIX environments. Among other utilities, we can mention vsftp, a tool for securing file transfers, vsh, a shell utility, vcp, a command-line file transfer utility, vpka, a tool for uploading keys to secure shell servers, and vkeygen, a private/public key generator tool. VanDyke ClientPack supports public-key (RSA, Smart Cards using X.509, and DSA), Kerberos v5 (via GSSAPI), keyboard-interactive and password authentication when connecting to SSH2 servers.
