TurnKey Canvas is an open source, lightweight, easy-to-use and installable Live CD Linux appliance based on the Debian GNU/Linux distribution and designed for deploying the Canvas software on real hardware. Canvas is an open source learning management system designed to help both administrators and teachers save hours in heir institutions and classes. The TurnKey Canvas Live CD appliance includes upstream Canvas configurations. The default username for Webmin, SSH and MySQL is root, and the default Canvas username is admin@example.com. In addition to the Live CDs, this appliance is also available as virtual machine image for Xen, OpenVZ, OpenStack, OpenNode, and OVF.
