Thus sending customized mail message with an attractive layout is not a problem at all. You could easily create newsletters, mail alerts, invitations, etc. to people in your address list. Inserting pictures, tables, choosing colors, setting a suitable font size are easy to do. Email messages could be personalized easily. SMSs also could be personalized too. There are several macros available for doing just that. In order not to swamp the mail system, you could use an integrated scheduler, stagger the deliveries or arrange to send out the bunch overnight. The tool is able to use an external SMTP server, an internal one or via Outlook to deliver the mail messages. Address lists could be imported from Outlook or in the form of CSV files. The utility would be able to send out mail in TXT or HTML format. The address list can have custom fields defined by the user. Macros could be user defined.
