XOR Chat is a fast, easy, free, and secure way of chatting. It's a very small download that runs on any Windows platform. It does not use any centralized server and is variably secure: you choose to use encryption or not and you also specify the encryption key: the longer the key, the more secure your chat is from hackers. A key that is 17 or more characters in length is almost impossible to break.
