WizMouse Description

This handy app allows you to scroll the contents of any window under your mouse cursor without needing to click on that window first. In other words, with WizMouse you can use your mouse wheel over any window on your desktop without losing the focus on the one currently selected. Besides, the tool also allows you to use your mouse wheel over certain windows that do not support it by default. The program installs an icon on your system's tray area, from where you can access the configuration window. This is the only user interface provided by WizMouse. In this window you can select whether WizMouse is enabled or disabled, if it should start automatically with Windows, whether to hide or show the tray icon, and if the program can be enabled or disabled by left-clicking on the tray icon. You can also enable the mouse wheel for applications that do not support it natively – however, if you notice any strange behavior with your mouse, my advice is that you disable this function. You can also configure the program to bring the scrolling window to the foreground automatically, and to reverse the mouse scrolling direction to emulate OS X Lion natural scrolling. Finally, the program can also be configured to run in Administrator mode automatically (under Windows Vista, 7, and 8 only), and to recover the captured mouse events automatically if lost. To conclude, I will mention that WizMouse is a very lightweight application ─ half a megabyte only.
