WiPer Description

WiPer is a Java-based application that uses a statistical permutation test in order to easily detect inter-connected genes in co-expression networks. WiPer is capable of handling large networks, of over 1000 genes and run more than 1000 permutations. The larger the network, the more time it takes to run the analysis and generate the results.
