Where Is My Space Description

Disk Space Analyzer is an easy to use the software that can help the user to analyze disk space usage. It shows directory tree along with the size information (including graphical diagrams). Why Where Is My Space?! Have you ever experienced the situation when there was no free space on your hard disk? How much time have you wasted on searching for the programs and documents you no longer needed that still occupied the vital free disk space? How much time do you spend on searching for the large file duplicates? If you have asked yourself any of these questions, you might be interested to find out that this problem is just as of current importance for the large networks administrators as it is for the home users. A quarter of today's system administrators spend about a half of their time solving the storage-related issues. These are the results of the survey conducted by Vanson Bourne, a British analytical company. The remaining three quarters claimed their companies' IT department employees had spent about one fifth of their work time on the same tasks. Many are convinced though that things aren't to be such way. Data storage management is an important job, but it isn't important enough to take 20% of the IT personnel's work time for it. What's the matter? About 67% of the respondents blamed the complexity of the storage management, which rises as the volume of data increases. About a half of the respondents said their companies' data management was decentralized, and each department had handled this job on their own. At the same time, 64% of IT managers have claimed the absence of the general understanding about all the data and the corresponding storage systems to be the main reason why the storage management has become so complicated and burdensome. Vanson Bourne has questioned employees from 100 British companies. Among those were financial-service companies, manufacturing companies, retail and logistic companies, and "other" organizations. Where Is My Space?! does not, of course, solve all of the storage-related issues. However, it will help you search the local and network disks for files and folders that might have gone obsolete and still occupy significant space on the drive. Or, for the large duplicates, some of which are likely to be no longer necessary.
