Wavelet Description

Wavelet is a small C++ class library specially designed to help you perform Wavelet transforms on images. The main idea behind the programming interface is ease of use and extensibility. This stands in contrast to the design goals behind Geoff Davis' Wavelet toolkit which focuses on runtime performance. Runtime performance is nice to have, but for operations that can be performed off-line, like digital watermarking, a cleaner API may justify to sacrifice some runtime performance.
