ValFold PKG Description

ValFold PKG is a tool for using the ValFold application with CastOff for the minimizing the sequence of DNA or RNA aptamers. The program allows you to use the data stored in text files in order to analyze the sequences. The application is based on a complex algorithm that applies the optimization concept for all of the stem candidate combinations.
