The TekBots Universal Programmer is a graphical application to program a variety of embedded hardware devices. Included protocols are Atmel AVR SPI, JTAG, and Cypress ISSP. The program has a very simple to use interface, with AVR and JTAG modes. In AVR window select the Flash and EEPROM , the programmer and the communication port.
