UDM for SCADAPack Description

UDM or Universal Driver ModBus for SCADAPack is a tool that is built out of two parts. The downloaded part of the controller (UDM_PLC) and configuration program (UDM_CLIENT). The UDM_PLC is developed in C and is designed in the form of a library. Can be used in conjunction with other applications developed for TELEPace, ISAGRAF or C/C++ , or independently. The application supports the following controllers: SCADAPack 33x, SCADAPack with Firmware(Telepace, Isagraf). Main features: Reading registers the slave device; Write registers in the slave device; Operation modes: read, read and write, write-only; Reference period of the survey; Two modes of operation: the periodic and the management team(once query); Different port settings for different devices on the same port; The ability to specify the coup of words and/or bytes for floating-point numbers; Providing full diagnostic information. UDM_Client. The main features: Loading and reading of configuration; Change the configuration without a stop of the program; Saving a configuration to a file; Communication controller for RS232/RS485 or Ethernet; Creating a configuration in the offline mode (without the controller); Validation of configuration Provide a comment for each request and devices.
