The Quran database is a resource for the study, analysis, reference, and recitation of the Holy Quran. It provides Translations, Tafseer, Shan-e-Nuzool (circumstances of revelation), related Ahadith, among other details and options with each displayed Verse (Ayat).Topic-wise verses, quranic supplication (Du'a) verses, verses about the signs and events of Judgement Day, verses with the 99 names of Allah (swt) and his Prophet (saws), the oft-recited 16 Surahs, and Quranic stories are listed for ready reference. You can also create a list of your own Favorite verses. Meaning and pronunciation of Quranic Arabic words is shown along with their Root words. ABJAD value of any selection / chapter(s) is also displayed, as well as Arabic alphabets used and not used. Timeline of the Holy Quran, some Quran statistics, benefits of each Surah, and a Summary introduction to each Surah and to each Para (Juz).Advanced search in Arabic and in all translation languages; Occurrence of any word(s) / character in each Verse, with Count in one or all Chapters. Using its multi-lingual Text-to-Speech feature it can read out the translations in your language of choice, provided you have a compatible voice installed for that particular language. You have the option to choose your own colors and translation fonts, and use features like Auto-advance and Auto-recite for ease of access. Verse-wise, Chapter-wise, Loop, Range repetition, background, and continuous display / recitation options are available. Also included is an Usmani script of the Holy Quran (Mushaf-e-Amiri and Ajmi), an ancient style Mushaf without diacritical marks, and calligraphic Mushaf as well.You can now record and use a recitation in your own voice (especially useful for aspiring Qari's). And you can attach your own notes and videos to each verse for future reference. You can have unlimited Bookmarks with Auto-update option to restart a session (including recitation) from where you left it, how you left it. Can also be run minimized from the system tray.
