Talk-Over 1.1 represents a DSP plug-in that allows you to lower the volume of the main audio stream when you talk thorugh the microphone. This effect is also known as "ducking" in the radio broadcasting jargon. This plug-in also allows you to optionally mix the voice stream with the music.
