Summer Bound Description

Summer Bound is an entertaining game that combines puzzles with arkanoid elements. The theme is the summer season, so the levels represent sunny scenarios. The game contains 5 worlds with 6 levels each, and you need to complete at least 5 of those to get to the next world. Some of the levels are easier than others and some require logical thinking and strategic moves to complete them. Basically, what you have to do is to destroy colored blocks with a tennis ball. However, in order to destroy blocks, the tennis ball must be of the same color as the blocks. To change its color, you have to bounce the ball on the color switches, located on the screen. But that is not all. There are also some blocks with a danger sign (a skull) scattered all over the levels. If you touch it with the ball of the same color, you lose, and you have to start the level all over again. Throughout the levels you will encounter different creatures and power-ups, which help you complete the level. But don't touch them, otherwise, they will kill you. A good thing this game has, is that your progress is automatically saved, and if you lose, nothing happens, you just retry the last level. Whenever you complete a level, you get a star. The game has average graphics, sound effects, but no music. The game speed and sound can be controlled by the options menu.
