Subtitle Manager Description

Subtitle Manager is a small program developed in Java that can help you edit, modify and shift subtitles. This software utility does not require installation, which means that it is very easy to copy the program files to any location on the hard drive to run it. You can also copy them to a portable storage unit, such as a USB flash drive and thus, enabling you to run Subtitle Manager from any computer that you have access to. In addition to that, you should know the Windows registry and Start menu/screen are not going to get updated with new entries. The interface is simple and highly intuitive, which means that any type of person is going to be able to use it, regardless of their previous experience with computers. There are options to delete text formatting such as accents, carons, circumflex, umlauts and rings, as well as element attributes including color, bold, italic, underline, display coordinates and leading dash. In order to edit the uploaded subtitles, the application opens a new window in which they can be viewed, along with the exact times at which to play them. The time is expressed in milliseconds and subject to change. The settings panel enables you to backup all subtitles before changing and modifying the font and background color. There are four types of file formats supported, namely SUB, TXT, SRT and ALL. To sum up, Subtitle Manager is a useful piece of software that can help you edit, modify and shift subtitles, so that they can be perfectly timed to the movie you want to watch.
