From VERITAS Software : VERITAS StorageGuard is a free software utility that analyzes your local hard drive and quickly lets you know how much of your data is not backed up and therefore not protected. What's new in this version: There is some functionality and a new user interface that has been added to version 2.6. One exciting new feature is Automatic Updates. When you connect to the Internet, StorageGuard automatically checks to see if there are new patches, bug fixes and product upgrades for all of your "powered by VERITAS" products. The following are "powered by VERITAS" products: Backup MyPC, Simple Backup, RecordNow, RecordNow DX, and RecordNow MAX.
