Smart F.R. is a powerful file renaming utility that provides a quick and easy way to re-name large numbers of files so their Filenames are in a Consistent, Conventional Format. Downloaded files (such as MP3 music, Movie Clips, Digital Camera Pictures) often have unconventional, inconsistent, nonsensical, quirky filenames including strange numberings, underscores instead of spaces, Tilda's (~'s), extra dots instead of spaces between words, mixed upper and lower case, and so forth. Re-naming files one by one can be frustrating and takes a lot of time and effort.
