Robot Universal Remote Description

Robot Universal Remote, or RUR, for short was specially designed to help the user test out all the parts connected to the Qwerk Controller Board. The user can use it to control motors and servos, read the value of digital inputs or analog inputs, and even turn the LEDs on the board on and off.
