RTPEditor is a handy application designed to help you recreate the losses and silence parts in RTP packets. It allows you to open a pcap file and to select the distribution method that will be used for inserting the losses. The interface is easy to use and enables you to customize the distribution by entering the percentage of loss packets or their frequency.
