There are various applications available with the help of which you can make a proper first impression, one of which is Power Presenter. It gives you the possibility to create a slideshow using images and enhance it with transition effects.Create a simple presentation in no timeRunning the application brings up the main window, fitted with a large workspace, as well as a side panel to quickly access slides. Each feature is stored in a separate tab and represent steps you need to take in order to achieve the result. You are able to add image files through a dedicated explorer, with no integrated drag and drop support. To further enhance the presentation, you are able to add a music file to play throughout the slideshow. Moreover, several transition effects can be applied to each slide. Limited features keep it from being a proOther than the features mentioned above there is little else you can take advantage of. The interface is easy enough to use, but the poor design make it unpractical. Choosing to save a presentation only creates a new folder containing all images imported in the application, with no file that can play them. The only way you can view the result is through an integrated option. Once the presentation starts, there is no easy way out, clicking and pressing buttons on your keyboard being in vain. Furthermore, you are restricted from manually scrolling through slides and if you apply a transition effect you might find yourself spending a little too much time waiting for the next picture to show up. In conclusionTaking everything into consideration, we can say that Power Presenter is a poor alternative to conventional applications used to make a proper first impression. Features are extremely limited, and unless you plan to create a presentation on the spot it isn't of much use. Don't be fooled by the name, because there is no power in this presenter.
