Once PDF password is applied on a document, no unauthorized persons can open and view PDF document. Printing, copying or editing is also available only if author of document permits these access during owner password security. PDF editing, printing, copying, form filling, signing, commenting, extraction etc. can be prevented if required. These restrictions are optional during encryption; you can restrict or allow it after encryption using this tool. The tool has a simple interface that makes it very easy to use. You type in the desired passwords you want to apply. User password is optional. After the owner password also is decided, you choose the encryption level to be used. You could use 128 bit or 40 bit encryption to be applied. By default all the restrictions are applied including printing, copying, form filling, editing, etc. You would need to check the boxes for the actions you want to allow.
