NTFS Undelete Description

NTFSUndelete is a tool that enables you to recover deleted files from your computer. It sports a friendly interface that can be figured out even by less experienced users. In order to perform a scan task, all you have to do is point out the target drive and saving directory for the found files. Results show the name, path, recovery status (e.g. overwritten, poor), along with the date of creation and last modification. Found items are organized into multiple categories, such as music and audio, photos and images. In addition, you can filter files by name, date of modification, size and attributes (overwritten or temporary files). As far as program settings are concerned, you can ask NTFSUndelete to preserve the folder structure, recover .UND files, detect zero-sized files, restore the original file timestamps, and enable FAT optimization, among others. NTFSUndelete may take a while to complete a scan job, depending on the size of the target drive and filters. It has a good response time and didn't cause Windows to hang, crash or pop up error messages in our tests. Thanks to its intuitive layout and advanced settings, NTFSUndelete should please all users.
