Merit Keeper Description

Merit Keeper is an easy to use application designed to enable you to create and manage the merits system for your school. When you need to issue merits to a student, select that student's name in the program and tell the computer why he's getting the merits. At the end of the day, print out merits for all the students who have earned them that day. (You could do it at the end of the week or month, but waiting too long defeats the purpose of issuing merits). The program prints slips that look more like merit vouchers than merit money, with a list of each thing for which the student earned merits that day and a total at the bottom. The program keeps a running total of all merits for the entire year, which makes counting merits before ther merit store really easy. It also gives you the option of setting up pre-defined merits for things for which you give merits frequently, and it allows you to issue the same merits to multiple students at one time.
