Manual SSI Description

The Manual SSI program was developed to be a small tool that will allow you to implement SSI (Server side includes) in pages hosted on servers which don't support SSI, by doing 'the work' on your computer before uploading it. To use: Adding directories to process: To add all the HTML files (*.HTML, *.HTM, *.SHTML) in a directory to the list of files to process, select the directory in the files/directories section, and press add. If you want to include files in subdirectories as well check Include subdirectories first. Adding SSI commands: To add an SSI command, first enter the SSI command as it will appear in the html files(Between ), then select the file which should be included here. Lastly press add. Editing SSI commands: First select the SSI command you wish to edit, then press EDIT, then enter the new information. Saving / Loading SSI commands: To save and load your lists of SSI commands, use the options on the File menu. Here you can also quickly load the most recent used include command files. Setting output directory: At the bottom where it says Output directory, enter the directory you wish to have the processed files be created in. Processing the files: To process the selected HTML files with the available commands, press PROCESS, and wait until it shows X/X files processed. The output will be in the specified output directory. Main features: cursive include commands!! Process all files in a directory, including subdirectories!! Add as many SSI commands as you need!!
