MP3 WAV Editor can help you perform various operations involving audio. It has an intuitive yet unattractive user interface in which the different functions are separated in tabs. This way, it makes it easier for you to go straight to the needed function. You can use this application as an audio player. However, the program can only play MP3 files, thus excluding many other popular formats. Moreover, it does not allow you to play your files before creating a playlist, which complicates its operation unnecessarily. Another supported function is conversion, as the program lets you convert between WAV and MP3. Again, other popular formats are not supported. Two editing functions are allowed, namely splitting and joining. The first one allows you to extract a fragment from a file while the second one lets you join various source files. Unfortunately, only MP3 files are supported as source, because even WAV files are not allowed this time. However, you can save the resulting files either as MP3 or WAV. Finally, the tool can help you rip audio CDs. It will allow you to download CD data from an online database or edit the resulting files manually. Both MP3 and WAV are supported. All in all, MP3 WAV Editor has too little to offer. While it is true that it includes various features, this tool is far behind other similar applications.
