Java Defrag Description

The ultimate aim is to create a defragmentation program to pack the files of a directory together on the disk. Most free and commercial defrag utilities I know do some hole-filling, fragmentation reducing methods, and do not allow the user to grab a directory with all of its contents and, for example, put it on the beginning of the drive. The program will use the standard Windows Defragmentation API for moving the files around, which is 100% safe on NTFS.
