Interact EasyQuote is a newly available job management system designed for automotive related businesses such as panel and paint shops, mechanics and auto-electricians. EasyQuote will provide you with a range of tools to help you manage the job process more efficiently than ever. 1. Fully Customizable EasyQuote is fully configurable, allowing you to very simply get your business details onto the quotes, invoices and other reports you produce every day. 2. Software That Learns As You Type EasyQuote is based on an intelligent "software learning engine", which analyses the information you enter and allows you to conveniently store it for re-use on future jobs. 3. Business Information Management EasyQuote uses efficient database technologies to manage the information that is important to your business. 4. Job Management Features EasyQuote automatically tracks jobs from the quoting stage, through authorization (i.e. generation of a job card), invoicing and account settlement. 5. Customizable Rate Types EasyQuote allows you to configure the various labour rate types (categories) that you apply to the work you do. 6. Other Features - Attach photos or other documents to your quotes and have then automatically included as attachments when emailing a quote to an insurance assessor. - Send reports such as quotes and invoices by Email. An emailed quote will automatically include any photos you have attached to it. You just need to enter the address of your insurance assessor and click send. - Calculate statistics such as the number of jobs paid and the income you've received from those jobs over a time period that you specify. - View lists of authorized and invoiced accounts to get an overview of the work you have on, and which accounts are overdue and the amount of time they have been overdue, for example. - Four different quote views are supported by the Quote Editor: estimated items, sublet items, adjustment items and supplementary items. - Comprehensive and "smart" functions for retrieving your data. 7.
